低温敞开式陈列柜节能研究进展

摘    要:结合国内外对低温敞开式陈列柜的研究以及能耗现状,对低温敞开式陈列柜提出了一些节能优化设计。分析了陈列柜的热负荷组成,并从结构设计和制冷系统两方面着手,对陈列柜的风幕和蒸发器提出了优化设计方案,并且研究了融霜方式、压缩冷凝机组和制冷剂过冷对陈列柜能耗的影响。

Abstract:The research progress of low temperature open display case and the situation of energy consumption in China and other countries were reviewed.Some energy saving optimization designs about low temperature open display case were present.The heat burden of display case was analyzed,air-curtain optimization technique and evaporator optimization technique of display case were put forward by considering structure design and refrigeration system,and the influence of defrosting fashion,compression condensation unit and super-cooling of refrigerant on the energy consumption of display case were investigated.
