摘    要:介绍了热轧厂出炉C辊道原直流传动系统的概况,并分析了该直流传动系统存在的问题。讨论了辊道传动系统的特点和辊道调速控制系统的要求。根据改造要求,设计了辊道U/f交流变频调速传动系统和PLC控制系统,并给出了控制软件流程图。与原直流传动系统相比较,此设计方案可以较大程度地提高系统运行水平,能够满足热轧厂整体技术水平发展的需要。

Designing Drive Control System for C Table Roller in Hot Rolling Mill
Abstract:The general introduction of existing DC driving system of C table roller in hot rolling mill is given and the problems in such system are analyzed. The features of table roller driving system and the requirements for speed adjustment control system are discussed. The U/f AC variable frequency driving system and PLC control system are designed in accordance with the demands of retrofit project, and the PLC program flowchart is also given. Comparing with the past DC drive system, the new design improves the operational performance greatly. The requirement of enhancing overall technical level of hot rolling plant can be satisfied.
