ZnO纳米线CO气敏性能与气体浓度的关系研究

摘    要:
以采用物理热蒸发法制备的纯ZnO纳米线和掺杂Ni、Al的ZnO纳米线为气敏基料,以蒸馏水调和制备成旁热式气敏元件,用静态配气法对一系列浓度的一氧化碳气体进行了气敏性能的测试。结果表明掺杂的纳米ZnO元件与纯的纳米ZnO元件相比对CO气体的灵敏度更高,三种元件的灵敏度与所测气体浓度均呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势,且在同一浓度下出现最高值。

Abstract:
Pure ZnO nanowires and Ni, Al doped ZnO nanowires are synthesized by thermal evaporation and used for preparing the heater type gas sensors. A static measurement method is used to detect the gas sensing behavior for different concentration of carbon monoxide gas. The results reveal that the detection sensitivity of the ZnO namowires with Ni, Al doped is better than pure ZnO wires. And they present similar regulation with increasing of gas concentration, that is increased first and then decreased.
