摘    要:
华能营口电厂1号机组在大修期间完成了燃烧器的改造,为掌握机组检修后不同负荷经济指标,了解锅炉性能以优化运行,进行不同负荷下进行不同负荷下的锅炉性能试验.试验结果表明,各负荷下锅炉热效率均高于设计值(92.694%),改造后NOx排放浓度与改造前相比明显下降,各负荷下NOx折算后排放浓度在210 ~ 260 mg/m^3之间,均低于厂家保证值.

Abstract:
No. 1 unit in Huaneng Yingkou power plant has been remade the burner, in order to grasp the economic indicators in different load and understand the performance of the boiler to optimize the operation, plower plant do some tests of thermal efficiency and NOx emissions under different loads. Experimental results show that the thermal efficiency of the boiler under each load is higher than the design value(92. 694% ), the concentration of NOx emissions after transformation decreased signifi- cantly compared with previous, between 210 - 260 mg/m^3after be converted, all lower than manufac- turers guarantee values.
