| 摘 要： | 文章以VB6.0和Access数据库为平台、采用模块化程序设计技术,设计了一种以指标体系法为基础的通用评价软件,介绍了该软件的设计思路、结构及基本功能。该软件可适用于不同类型的评价指标体系,具有专家评分统计、指标权重的重新分配与自动计算、评价操作、报表和图形输出、数据库管理等功能。实例验证该软件具有较高的实用价值。
