基于MATLAB/SIMULINK的超声波振动加工过程仿真研究

摘    要:在建立超声波振动加工过程中“刀具—工件”系统的动力学模型的基础上,应用MATLAB软件中的Simulink建立了该系统的控制系统模型,并对振动加工过程中工件的运动规律进行了仿真分析.仿真结果表明,超声波振动加工方法能够极大地降低普通切削过程中工件的振动,对提高工件的加工表面质量和加工精度具有重要意义,是实现精密切削加工的一种有效方法.

Abstract:The dynamic model of the tool-workpiece system in the ultrasonic vibration machining process was establish- ed, and a new type of control system model based on the Simulink of MATLAB was developed. Based on that, the movement of the workpiece relative to the tool in the process of ultrasonic vibration machining was analyzed and simu- lated. The results of simulation indicate that, compared with conventional machining processes, the proposed ultrasonic vibration machining method can greatly decrease the vibration of the workpiece relative to the tool, and it is significant for improvement of the surface quality and machining accuracy of workpiece in the precision machining process. It is an effective method to realize the precision machining.
