摘    要:利用AMESim建立的斜盘式轴向柱塞泵模型中,常用受控节流阀模拟配流过程中缸体腰型窗口和配流盘窗口之间的流量变化,而节流阀的实际控制曲线取决于配流窗口的几何尺寸,且对仿真结果的流量脉动有一定影响。推导出配流机构通流面积的变化曲线,有利于泵仿真模型的理论研究和泵配流结构的改进与优化。

Abstract:In the swashplate axial piston pump model established by AMESim, the controlled throttle valve was usually used to simulate the flow rate change between the cylinder waist type window and the plate window during the distribution process. The actual control curve of the throttle valve depends on the geometric size of the distribution window, which has a certain influence on the flow pulsation of the simulation results. The curve of the flow area of the distribution mechanism was derived, which was beneficial to the theoretical research of the pump simulation model and the optimization of the pump distribution structure.
