摘    要:动态测量是随测量时间而变化的非平稳随机过程 ,动态测量数据具有时变性、随机性、相关性和动态性四个基本特性。灰色模型实时误差预报修正的动态测量误差序列同样为随机过程 ,也具有上述基本特性。据此提出灰色模型误差预测值的评估应以误差在系统内的传播方式与程度来进行 ,并借鉴静态测量误差评定的均方差参数方法 ,推算出灰色系统均方差参数 ,作为评定误差预测值精度的方法

Abstract:The dynamic measurement is a non stationary random process varying with the measuring time. The dynamic measuring data have the characteristics of time variation, randomness, correlation and dynamic. The series of dynamic measuring errors of the predicting correction of real time errors of gray model is also a random process and has these four basic characteristics. Therefore, it is proposed that the evaluation of predicting values of the gray model's errors must be performed on the basis of the propagation mode and extent of the errors within the system. Furthermore, using the method of mean square deviation parameters of the evaluation of static measuring errors, the mean square deviation parameters of the gray system is obtained as the method to evaluate the accuracy of error prediction.
