聚羧酸分子结构的优化对浆体分散性和砂浆强度的影响

摘    要:在传统聚羧酸减水剂工艺的基础上对聚羧酸减水剂的分子结构进行优化,系统地研究了侧链分子量及比例、聚合单体比例、引发剂掺量对水泥浆体分散性能和砂浆早期抗压强度的影响。研究表明:在传统聚羧酸减水剂中引入长侧链结构,并适当增加长短侧链比例、羧基比例以及引发剂掺量可以改善水泥初始分散性和经时损失,并且对砂浆早期强度有较大的提高。

Abstract:The molecular structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizers is optimized based on the traditional craft of polycarboxylate superplasticizers,the effect of side-chain molecular’s weight and ratio,monomer ratio and initiator’s dosages on slurry dispersion and early mortar strength is studied.Research shows that introducing long side-chain structure and increasing the proportion of long side-chain,carboxyl ratio and the dosage of initiators can improve cement fluidity and fluidity loss with time and obviously increase early mortar strength.
