| 摘 要： | 在许多充填采矿法矿山中，都应用管道输送料浆，在开采深度逐渐增大后，由于料浆的自然压力随之增加，而在井下一般用耐压为１ＭＰａ的塑料管。当料浆的自然压力大于塑料管的耐压值后，便可使塑料管破管，从而使生产中断，浪费大量水泥、尾砂，并造成井下污染。本文分析破管原因及解决这一问题的方法，可作类似矿山借鉴。

| Abstract: | There are many gold mines using pipeline to transport the slurry to fill the stope .As the mining is getting deeper,the pressure in the pipeline is getting greater.When the pressure is greater than the standard of the plastic pipe, the pipe will break,slurry and cement will escape from the pipe and pollute the mine.This article makes an analysis of the cause of pipe breaking and propose a way to solve this problem. |
