摘    要:面积型缺陷与超声声束相互作用时,由于其取向的不同,会使检测结果产生变化,从而影响超声检测的检出能力,即检测可靠性。本文针对相控阵超声检测,选取厚度55mm碳钢试块中高度为1mm~10mm的底面开口槽为研究对象,设置缺陷高度为变量,缺陷偏角在90°±9°范围内变化,计算了缺陷的检出率,实验结果和模拟结果符合较好。

Abstract:The ultrasonic response to planar defects has a strong dependence on the orientation of de- fects. Thus it would affect the detection ability and the reliability of ultrasonic testing. In this study, phased array ultrasonic testing was conducted on a 55-ram-thick steel block. The bottom notches with the height from 1 mm to 10 mm and the skew angle within the range 90°±9° was evaluated. The probability of detection (POD) was calculated and compared with that obtained with CIVA simulation. It shows a good accordance with each other.
