论制度伦理视域下的社会腐败现象

本文从制度伦理的视域来分析和研究社会腐败现象的现状及问题,对新形势下领导干部思想道德出现滑坡和失范的原因进行分析,找出当前干部制度建设和社会腐败现象方面存在的问题。针对社会腐败现象中存在的问题,提出改进思路和具体对策,通过制度伦理的规范和引导,使领导干部始终坚持以人民群众的利益为出发点,思想道德水平不断提高,公平、公正地行使自己手中的权力,更好地服务于最广大人民群众的根本利益,促进社会的全面健康持续发展。

Study of the Social Phenomenon of Corruption from the Perspective of Institutional Ethics

From the institutional ethics sight, this paper is to study the status and problems of social corruption, to analysethe reasons for the phenomenon of leaders＇ moral decline in the new situation, and to identify the existing social phenomena of corruption and institution building. This paper is to put forward some suggestions for improvement ideas and specific measures, to standardize and to guide the institutional ethics, so that leading cadres always adhere to the interests of the people as the starting point, continue to improve their ideological and moral standards, to exercise their powers fairly and impartially, to better serve the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of the people, and to promote the society development comprehensively, healthily and sustainably.
