摘    要:大规模生产1#电解银的企业几乎全部采用热分解的工艺方法净化电解液,除去其中的铜、铅、铋等杂质,在热分解过程会生成大量AgNO3等硝酸盐结晶体,在一定条件下会发生爆炸事故,破坏力很大,是一大安全隐患,文章从生产实践出发,分析了爆炸事故形成的原因,通过设备改造,彻底根治了安全隐患。

Abstract:Mass production of silver 1# electrolysis enterprises almost all used the thermal decomposition process in electrolyte purification to remove the impurities such as copper,lead and bismuth.But in the decomposition process,it produced AgNO3 crystal which occurred explosion accident under certain conditions.It was a safe hidden trouble for its huge destructive power.Bassed on the production practice,the paper analyzed the reasons of the formation of explosion accidents,and through equipment modification,it eradicated the hidden trouble thoroughly.
