Lung transplantation for primary pulmonary hypertension and giant pulmonary artery aneurysm

Abstract:	We report the case of an 18-year-old patient with a giant pulmonary artery aneurysm and primary pulmonary hypertension who was successfully treated with bilateral lung transplantation and complete reconstruction of the pulmonary artery.
