汽车燃油泵怠速噪声问题优化

摘    要:针对某车型NVH开发过程中怠速关空调工况下,车内噪声声压级偏高、声品质较差的问题,对样车进行试验诊断分析,通过试验诊断明确怠速噪声偏大的原因是燃油泵工作时产生的振动和噪声通过结构传递路径传至车内;通过对燃油泵转向器和进、出油板进行优化降低燃油泵的振动和噪声,实车试验验证表明优化后的燃油泵在怠速关空调工况下车内噪声比改进前降低了4.9 dB(A),改进效果明显;同时主观评价车内舒适性明显提高。

Abstract:According to the NVH development process, under the air conditioner in idle condition, idle noise pressure level is high and the sound quality is poor. Diagnosis test indicates that the car idle noise is too large because the pump generates vibration and noise and they are transferred to the body. To reduce the vibration and noise of the fuel pump, the fuel pump steering gear and the oil plate were optimized. With such modifications, the test car reduces its interior noise by 4.9dB(A) in idling. At the same time, the subjective evaluation of the car comfort is significantly improved.
