若干智能新技术在灾害救援中的联合运用初探

无人机测绘遥感技术、机器人技术和3D打印建模技术在抢险救灾中已开始得到越来越多的关注。探索了上述三种自动化技术联合运用的适用性,阐述了其联合作业在精准救援方面所具有的优势。着重对上述新技术在应急救援快速后勤保障中的应用现状,以及自动化联合灾害救援体系结构的搭建与应用情况作了简单介绍,并对自动化联合作业技术的发展前景进行了展望。

Preliminary discussion on application of new technology in disaster rescue

The increasing attention has been paid to the application of UAV Remote Sensing, robotechnology and 3D print and modeling in disaster rescue. The feasibility of the joint use of the above 3 technologies are discussed and the advantages of joint operation in pinpointed rescue are demonstrated. The application of the new technologies in fast logistic service of emergency rescue, establishment of automatic joint disaster rescue system and its application are introduced briefly. The development prospect of the automatic joint operation is forecasted.
