巨型轴流转桨式机组调速系统的研究与实践

摘    要:四川安谷水电站安装的水轮发电机组是我国轴流转桨式机组之最。为了确保该机组的稳定运行,专门开发研制了一套以X20系列PLC作为控制计算和以GE FC系列主配作为执行机构的调速控制系统。调速系统在四川安谷水电站现场的成功投运及稳定运行表明,该调速控制系统具有良好的调节品质和控制适应能力,各项指标均处于国内先进水平。该工程的成功,可为我国巨型轴流转桨式和贯流式机组调速系统的制造提供可靠的技术保障;同时,对类似调速器系统的研发与设计也具有一定的参考和指导意义。

Research and practice of hydro-governor system for giant tabular turbine
Abstract:Angu Hydropower Plant equipped with tabular turbine is the largest in China at present, in order to guarantee its perfect operation performance, a governor with X20 PLC and GE main distributor of FC series as actuating mechanism has been successfully researched and produced, on basis of field operation, the design are characteriscally with excellent control and adjusting performance, which is domestically at leading position. The success of the project ensures the manufacture capability of the governor of this type. Meanwhile, it is a reference to the governor of this series.
