隧洞混凝土衬砌施工方法的改进

摘    要:杨房沟水电站某灌溉隧洞工程由于规模小,施工工期短,质量要求高,且施工作业面交叉干扰大,若采用常规台车施工方法进行施工,不利于成本及进度、质量控制。为了提高该灌溉隧洞衬砌施工质量、施工进度等,根据该项目的结构特点和现场实际情况,对某隧洞衬砌混凝土施工工艺进行了改进,在进行隧洞衬砌时采用翻模抹面进行底拱混凝土浇筑,利用钢管脚手架配置模板进行边顶拱混凝土浇筑。结果表明,通过本施工方法进行现场组织、设计及协调,有效改善了圆形断面隧洞混凝土衬砌施工质量,提高了施工效率,节约了施工成本。

Improvement for construction method of tunnel concrete lining
Abstract:Considering the small scale, short construction period, high quality requirements and cross interference in construction area of an irrigation tunnel project in Yangfanggou Hydropower Station, we could not use the conventional trolley construction method because it is not conducive to the cost, schedule and quality control. In order to improve the irrigation tunnel lining construction quality, construction schedule etc., we improved its construction technology according to the structural characteristics of the project and practical in-site situation i.e., using double mould plaster for the inverted arch and steel tube scaffold together with template for the concrete pouring of the side wall and roof arch in the tunnel lining. The results showed that it effectively improved construction quality and efficiency, and saved construction cost of the circular section tunnel concrete lining through in-site organization, design and coordination.
