| 摘 要： | 从可持续发展角度。在充分考虑经济、环境、社会和资源开发利用等多方面因素的基础上。以云南昆明市为例，建立较为完整的可持续发展指标体系，对城市可持续发展进程进行系统的综合评估，并提出相应对策和建议。

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of the sustainable development, considering all kinds of elements including economy, environment, society and resource use, this paper takes Kunming city of Yunnan province as an example. The indicator sustainable development has been established and the comprehensive evaluation on sustainable development and some countermeasures and suggest are put forward. |
