| 摘 要： | 农业综合开发国有资产,是指国家财政无偿投入农业综合开发中的资金,按规定作相应扣除后形成的投资及投资所形成的权益.我国农业综合开发实施近20年来,国家投入了大量的资金,形成了一批农业综合开发国有资产.在农业综合开发国有资产的管理上,存在产权观念模糊、产权界定困难,边界不清、农业综合开发国有资产建后管理主体缺位等问题.因此,必须尽快将农业综合开发国有资产产权管理提上议事日程.

| Abstract: | the state-owned property for agricultural development is the fund from national public finance donation. It is an investment or rights from this investment. During these 20 years, the nation has invested a lot for agricultural comprehensive development and these became the state-own property. There are some problems in the property managements. So the improvement should be made immediately. |
