摘    要:喷油器总成开启压力降过大会影响燃油喷射压力、油注贯穿度、雾化质量,从而造成柴油机功率降低、油耗增加、排放指标恶化,影响柴油机性能。为此,柴油机厂家对喷油器总成开启压力降要求越来越高。本文通过对影响喷油器总成开启压力的各个相关零件及原因进行了深入的试验和分析,找出了喷油器总成开启压力下降的主要因素和解决办法。

Abstract:If opening pressure drop at injector is extremely high,injecting pressure,oil permeability and atomizing quality shall be effected,accordingly,diesel engine power decreases,oil consumption increases and emission data deteriorates,which will have influences on performance of the engines,so manufacturers of injectors would pay attention on opening pressure drop at injector assembly especially.After test and further analysis on relative parts and reasons related to opening pressure at injector assembly,it is to present critical reasons and solutions for opening pressure drop at injector assembly.
