边水淹稠油储量蒸汽吞吐技术对策

摘    要:针对油层温度条件下脱气原油粘度大于10 000mPa.s的稠油油藏,在注蒸汽吞吐长期降压开采过程中,油藏压力下降导致边水推进,水淹井区采油井含水急剧上升,生产效果变差,资源浪费严重。对井楼油田一区楼1254、2107两口井的边水油层蒸汽吞吐试验结果表明,厚度不小于8 m的特稠油边水淹油层,通过优化射孔和优化注采参数,实施短周期注汽、短周期生产的开采方式,能够取得较好的吞吐效果和经济效益。目前,该技术已成为河南稠油油田进一步提高边水淹油层储量资源利用程度的主要措施之一。

Abstract:In the long process of blowdown through steam huff and puff in heavy oil reservoirs with a degassed crude viscosity over 10,000 mPa ?s at in situ temperature, edge water advancement that is resulted from pressure fall - off has caused, water cut of oil wells in water- out area going up abruptly, production lowering and serious resource wasting. Steam huff and puff experiments in the edge water - out oil layers have been carried out in Well 1254 and 2107 in Jinglou oilfield. Experiments results show that relative good steam huff and puff effects and economic benefits can be achieved in edge water - out heavy oil layers no thinner than 8m through optimization of perforation and injection - production parameters and by applying production mode of short cycle steam injection and short cycle production.
