运用除铁器清除煤中覆铜雷管

摘    要:介绍了除铁器的工作原理及煤中覆铜雷管的特征,理论上分析了利用除铁器吸出煤中覆铜雷管所需的磁场强度与煤流厚度之间的关系,计算得出,要想彻底清除煤流中覆铜雷管必须配备额定磁场强度不低于1500gs、表面磁场强度实测不低于3000gs的除铁器。

Abstract:Introduced are the tramp-iron remover and characteristics of copper-covered detonator mingled in coal;theoretically analyzed was the relationship between the necessary magnetic field strength and thickness of coal flow for picking up of a copper-covered detonator mingled in it;for thorough removal of copper-covered detonator within coal flow,the rated magnetic field strength of the tramp-iron remover should be not less than 1 500 gs,and the measured surface magnetic field strength,not less than 3 000 gs.
