摘 要: | 高校教师文化是高校教师在长期的职业行为过程中形成的价值观念体系和群体意识,其与高校教师专业密切相关。通过价值文化、教学文化、学术文化、行为文化等几个方面对粤东地区5所不同类型高校的教师文化现状的调查,指出职业现状与职业理想存在差距、教学中尚未发挥学生主体性、学术中功利性与工具性凸显、教师群体缺乏自然合作等是当前高校教师文化存在的比较突出的问题,提出了应通过加强对教师的职业扶持和心理援助,推动教育教学改革和晋升、奖惩制度、学术评价体制的改革、构建高校教师合作文化等几个方面来促进高校教师的专业发展。

Abstract: | College teachers'cultural consciousness is the value system and group sense of college teachers formed in the long - term professional conduct. By investigating the status quo of cultural consciousness of college teachers in five different types of colleges and universities of Eastern Guangdong namely, social values, teaching, academic, behaviors, etc., this research analyzed the problems in teaching, and put forward some suggestions on promoting professional development, enhancing the quality of university teaching to improve the academic quality of colleges and universities to promote the harmonious development. |
