当前高校思想政治教育中的问题与对策研究

高校思想政治教育工作是提高大学生思想道德素质的重要途径。从高校思想政治教育工作的主体和客体两个维度对当前高校思想政治教育存在的问题进行了审视,进而多方面剖析导致思想政治教育问题的原因,最后从加强大学生思想特点研究、提高教师的综合素质、改进思想政治教育课的教学、发挥党支部的作用和加强校园文化建设等方面提出解决对策。

Research on the Current Problems and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education in Universities

Ideological and political education is an important means of improving the university students＇ ideological and moral qualities.In this paper,the author examined the current problems of the ideological and political education in universities from two dimensions,which are the subject and object of ideological and political education in universities.And then the author analyzed varied causes of the problems.Finally,the author put forward some countermeasures from the following angles,which involves developing the study of ideological characteristics of university students,enhancing the comprehensive quality of teachers,improving the teaching of ideological and political educational curricula,giving full play to the role of the party branches and strengthening the construction of campus culture and etc.
