摘    要:介绍了薄壁管件胀形液压机的胀形原理、液压系统设计及其关键技术。阐述了薄壁管件胀形液压机高压介质的产生和轴向同速推制的关键问题,分析了乳化液充液和增压器增压过程。

Abstract:The principle on thin-walled tube shaped bulging with high-pressure,the design of hydraulic system and the key technology of the equipment were described and introduced.How to produce the high-pressure media of thin-walled steel tube bulging hydraulic pressure and the key problems of pushing at the same speed were all set forth and expounded.The process of liquid-filled and the pressure-boosting emulsion was also analyzed.
