摘    要:文中主要介绍了一种自行设计的基于虚拟仪器的滚动轴承缺陷检测诊断系统.硬件部分设计滚动轴承实验台,采用高性能的数据采集卡实时采集数据.软件部分利用虚拟仪器技术实现数据处理.包括信号处理、特征参数的计算及数据管理三个部分.根据处理后的数据对轴承的状态进行实时监测,并及时报警.

Abstract:This paper introduces a self-designing bearing fault testing and diagnosis system based on virtual instrument. In the part of hardware, an experiment table of rolling bearing is designed and a high performance data acquisition card is used to acquire data at real time. In the part of software, virtual instrument technology is used to realize data processing, include signal processing, characteristic parameter computing and data management. According to the processed data, it can test the statement of bearing at real time and warning alarm.
