工业布袋除尘器三维流场的数值模拟

摘    要:采用计算流体力学方法对2×330 MW的布袋除尘器进行三维数值模拟分析,考察整个除尘系统的烟气流量分配、速度及压力的内部分布规律。通过对烟道入口和进风支管导流板的优化设置,使3个除尘室18个除尘单元内的烟气流量分布情况得到了极大改善,烟气流量分配系数控制在1±0.05之内。这一方法及结果可为同类除尘器中导流板的设计和改进提供参考。

Abstract:The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) was used as a tool to analyse the air distribution,velocity and presser of flow field in 3-dimension bag-filter of the coal fired 2×330 MW boilers plant.The air distribution in eighteen bundles of three chambers was improved by optimizing the deflectors in inside of duct and branch pipes.The air distribution coefficient is controled within 1±0.05.The method and result offer a reference to design,operate and improve for the deflector in bag filter.
