小电流接地系统谐振过电压的原因分析及防治措施

摘    要:通过论述两起小电流接地系统中谐振过电压事故的现象和设备损坏情况,结合事故处理过程和故障录波图对谐振故障的产生、发展进行分析,提出变电站谐振的治理应采取一次系统的预防和二次系统的消除并重的防治措施,并强调各种措施实施时的注意事项。最后对变电站值班员发现、处理谐振事故的原则提出建议。

Abstract:This paper discusses the phenomenon and equipment damage of two resonant overvoltage accidents for low-current grounding system. Combining with the accident treatment process and fault recorder, it analyzes the generation and process of resonant fault, presents a prevention measure of substation harmonic management paying equal attention to prevention of primary system and elimination of secondary system, and emphasizes notes under various measures. It also presents suggestion for the substation attendant finding and dealing with resonance accident.
