工业以太网在PLC与过程机通信中的应用

摘    要:针对工业控制过程中基础自动化级与过程控制级的通信问题,分析比较了SI-MATIC S7系列PLC的MPI,Profibus和Industrial Ethernet通信子网。结合河北文丰钢铁有限公司中板厂HAGC PLC的现场环境,选用Industrial Ethernet进行数据通信。从SIMATIC S7-400 PLC和过程机服务器硬件的配置,Industrial Ethernet网络的组建及STEP7编程的实现方面来详述SI-MATIC PLC与过程机通信的建立。应用结果表明,工业以太网数据传输准确、快捷、稳定,适合大量数据的快速传输。

Abstract:To communicate between PLC and the server,the characteristics of different kinds of SIMATIC S7 PLC subnet,such as MPI,Profibus,and Industrial Ethernet,are analysed and compared.Combining the application of HAGC PLC in plate workshop of Hebei Wenfeng Corporation,Industrial Ethernet is chosen for communication.From the hardware configuration of SIMATIC S7-400 PLC and the sever,the link of Industrial Ethernet and the use of STEP7 programming,how to build the communication between SIMATIC S7-400 PLC and the sever is particularized.The actual results show data communication through Industrial Ethernet is true,fast and steady,particularly for mass data.Communication effectiveness is better.
