基于有限元的焊接残余应力数值分析

摘    要:分析了用有限元法计算焊接残余应力的基本理论,并对焊缝的温度场和应力场进行了数值模拟,结果表明:焊缝附近存在较高的温度和较大的残余应力值,它们将直接降低焊件的强度和刚度,影响焊件的性能。

Abstract:Analyzed the basic theory of calculatingwelding residual stress by finite dement method, and temperature and stress fields of weld were simulated. The results indicate that temperature and residual stresses are higher near the weld, which reduce strength and rigidity of weld, and affect capability of weld.
