玻璃钢蜂窝夹层结构板热导率研究

摘    要:玻璃钢蜂窝夹层结构板除高比强度、比刚度的优点外,还具有低热导率的特点,是一种隔热保温材料,在航天、航空、建筑方面得到广泛应用。本文对蜂窝夹层结构板的热导率进行了理论上的研究,分别对传导、对流、辐射进行分析,最后得到可供设计使用的热导率计算公式及曲线。计算结果与试验值很符合。

Abstract:Besides high specific strength and stiffness,GFRP sandwich structure panels with honeycomb core possess lower thermal conductivity and used as a heat insulation material.In this paper the theoretical study of thermal conductivity is presented on GFRP sandwich panels with honeycomb core.It analyzes for conduction,convection and radiation.The theoretical calculation formulas and curves of thermal conductivity are given.Good agreement between calculation results and experiment values is obtained.
