大西沟超贫磁铁矿开采境界设计流程

摘    要:根据矿山地质地形条件、矿体赋存状态、矿山现有矿山设施,确定大西沟超贫磁铁矿开采方式为露天开采。通过矿山边坡稳定性计算和极限平衡分析初步确定边坡角,采用浮动圆锥法确定最终开采境界。南采场封闭圈标高550m,北采场封闭圈标高670m,最终边坡角为48°~50°,平均剥采比为1.15,技术经济效果良好。该设计流程在当前矿山设计中具有一定的借鉴意义。

Design flow of mining limit for Daxigou ultra-low-grade Magnetite Mine

Abstract:Open-pit mining is chosen in Daxigou ultra-low-grade magnetite mine according to mine geological and topographical conditions, ore body occurrence state and existing mines mining facilities, the slope angle is preliminarily determined based on the stability calculation and limit equilibrium analysis of the mine slope. The final mining boundary is determined by the floating cone method. The height of the closed loop is 550 m in southern mining area, and 670 m in the north. The angle of the final slope and the average stripping ratio are designed as 48~50 degrees and 1.15 respectively with regard to technical and economic factor. This design flow can serve as a reference for the current mine design.
