摘    要:研究了在稀氢氧化钠溶液中,在四丁基溴化铵的催化下,由苯甲醛和乙醛缩合制备3-苯基丙烯醛的反应。摸索出合成3-苯基丙烯醛的最佳反应条件:氢氧化钠浓度为3.5%、相转移催化剂的用量5mL(相当于苯甲醛的1.25%),反应时间为3h、反应温度为28℃以及反应摩尔比(苯甲醛/乙醛)为1∶1.4,反应产率为70.4%。

Abstract:Cinnamaldehyde is synthesized from the reaction of benzaldehyde and acetaldehyde with tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as the catalyst in aqueous sodium hydroxide.The factors affecting the quality and recovery of cinnamaldehyde are confirmed.The optimum conditions are:the volume of aqueous sodium hydroxide is 3.5%,the reacting temperature is 28℃,the reacting time is 3 h,the weight of tetrabutyl ammonium bromize is 5 mL,and the molar ratio of benzaldehyde and acetaldehyde is 1∶1.4.The yield is above 70.4% under the optimal conditions.
