| 摘 要： | 企业业务流程再造被誉为工商管理的一次革命。基于管理的共性和环境的变化,我国的高校国防生教务管理也面临着流程再造的挑战。我国当前的管理流程具有许多不足,如何展开流程再造是一个崭新的课题。就现代高校国防生教务管理流程再造的基本原则和策略进行了初步探索。

| Abstract: | Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is argued as a revolution in business management. According to the changes of the common nature of management and environment, it is thought that BPR should be introduced to teaching management for national defense major students. There are many disadvantages in present management process in China. How to develop BPR is a new topic. The basic principles and strategies of BPR in teaching management for national defense major students are explored. |
