合金化提高碳化物高温化学稳定性的研究

摘    要:
对含不同合金元素Mo、W和B的高Cr-Ni铸铁在大气中进行了800℃及950℃的恒量氧化试验。结果表明,经Mo、W和B适量合金化后的碳化物在高温下的化学稳定性有不同程度的提高。从原子间结合力和合金热力学的角度讨论了合金元素对(Cr,Fe)7C3型碳化物高温化学稳定性的影响。

Abstract:
Oxidation tests of high Cr-Ni cast irons containing Mo, W and B are carried out at 800℃and 950℃ in air. It was shown by the results that the high temperature stability of (Cr, Fe)7C3 carbide containing appropriate contains of Mo, W or B was increased to some extent. The effect of the alloy elements on chemical stability of the carbide at high temperature is discussed from the viewpoints of the bonding forces between atoms and the Gibbs free energy.
