| 摘 要： | 目的了解河北地区纸质食品包装材料中11种荧光增白剂使用情况。方法使用超高效液相色谱-荧光检测法对河北地区96份纸质食品包装材料使用情况进行研究。结果在此次检测的96份样品中,共检出阳性样品11份,检出率为11.4%。共检出目标化合物10种,阳性样品浓度最大值为436.4 mg/kg。结论检测数据表明,河北地区纸质食品包装材料荧光增白剂滥用情况比较严重,其滥用状况值得关注。

| Abstract: | To investigate the usage of fluorescent brightener in paper food packaging materials in Hebei area. Usage of 96 paper food packaging materials were investigated by ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) with fluorescence assay in this paper. Among the 96 samples, 11 samples were found with fluorescent brightener, the detection rate was 11.4% . Ten target compounds were detected in this experiment, and the maximum value among the positive samples was 367.1 mg/kg. The detection data showed that the contamination of fluorescent brightener in paper food packaging materials was serious in Hebei region, which needs to be given more attention. |
