| Abstract: | In this paper, the update process of a second overall quench boiler in the old pyrolysis zone of a petrochemical company is set as an example, and then the materials testing and repeatability, cylinder manufacturing, flexible manufacturing process during the second quench boiler manufacturing process is introduced in detail, meanwhile the key points of tube plate weld heat treatment to eliminate stress and the control of manufacturing processes are described. |
