多效蒸发器换热管的换热性能和机械强度分析

摘    要:从传热和节能的观点对多效蒸发器换热管的材料选择进行了分析。计算表明在多效蒸发器基本结构不变的条件下,用不锈钢和黄铜换热管替换碳钢换热管后多效蒸发器换热性能和机械强度仍能满足设计要求。换热管的结垢对换热性能影响较大,不锈钢和黄铜换热管的抗结垢性能优于碳钢,碳钢管更换为不锈钢和黄铜换热管后换热性能会有所改善。综合考虑换热管选材的优先顺序是不锈钢焊接管、无缝不锈钢管、黄铜管、碳钢管。

Abstract:The heat exchanging performance and tube plate strength are analyzed for the multi-effect evaporator on the condition of changing material of heat tube. The results show that changing tube material is workable and the performances of heat exchanging and corrosion resistance are improved. The order of selecting tube material is stainless, brass, carbon steel.
