摘    要:以膨润土为原料制备了聚硅酸硫酸铝(PASS)絮凝剂,考察了制备工艺对聚合硅酸铝铁絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响.结果表明,最佳制备工艺条件为硅铝物料比1∶1,聚合温度60℃,反应时间1h,聚合pH为4,老化时间24 h.在PASS投加质量浓度为5 g/L的情况下,制得的PASS絮凝剂对模拟废水的脱色和去浊能力达到57.1%和83...

Abstract:Polyaluminium silicate sulfate(PASS) has been synthesized using bentonite as the raw material.The composition and process parameters for the synthesis of PASS have been optimized.It is found that Si/Al molar ratio of 1,polymerization pH of 4,polymerization temperature of 60 ℃,reaction time of 1 h and aging time of 24 h give better coagulating efficiency for simulated wastewater treatment.PASS synthesized under optimum condition shows the largest percentages of decoloration and deturbidity were as high as 83.3% and 57.1% respectively.
