| 摘 要： | 以 D-甘露糖为标准 ,DNS作显色剂 ,用分光光度法间接测定椰子壳中甘露聚糖的含量。结果表明 :在492 nm处有最大吸收峰 ,测定的标准回收率高 ,相对误差小 ,重现性好。该法操作简单 ,效果良好 ,适用于测定各种类型椰子壳中甘聚露糖的含量

| Abstract: | Using carubinose as standard, DNS as color developing reagent, the content of mannan in coconut shell was indirectly determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength was at 492 nm. This method was simple operated and suit for all kinds of coconut shell with high recovery rate and low relative error. |
