如何通过建筑设计的手段使老年人的生活、居住环境更加舒适安全，成为我们亟待解决的问题。本文通过对万科无锡魅力之城老年住宅和邯郸亚太世纪花园的住宅适老化改造的分析，对这两个方法--新建与改造，进行了阐述。
