摘    要:采用氨基磺酸作催化剂,无水乙醇作溶剂,苯甲醛、乙酰丙酮和脲在加热搅拌条件下回流反应3h,合成了4-苯基-6-甲基-5-乙酰基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮,产率76.0%。

Abstract:4-Phenyl-6-methyl-5-acetyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-one was synthesized with catalyst of sulfamic acid,solvent of ethanol,and aromatic aldehydes,acetylacetone and urea by refluxing for 3 h under the conditions of stirring,and the yield can reach 76.0%.The used reaction mechanisms is usually called Biginelli condensation.
