摘    要:针对煤矿电牵引采煤机单片机控制系统存在的维修量大、事故频繁等缺点,采用PLC、变频器及触摸屏对其电气控制系统进行优化设计,实践表明,优化后的系统实现了对采煤机工作状态的在线监测和故障诊断,运行可靠,具有良好的工业应用前景。重点介绍控制系统的总体组成及PLC的控制过程。
