摘    要:针对水暖锅炉控制系统中存在的污染大、能耗高、供暖不稳定等缺点,设计了基于西门子S7-300PLC和变频调速技术的自动控制系统。引入了延伸预测法中具有短期预测能力的简单移动平均法预测未来室外温度变化趋势,以克服锅炉控制温度滞后变化的缺陷;根据手动控制时的经验数据,自动调节锅炉辅机的运行状态;分析锅炉控制系统的运行特点,采用二维模糊控制器对出水温度进行调节。经现场运行测试,系统在各种环境下均表现出良好的鲁棒性和节能环保性能。

Abstract:In view of the shortcomings such as high pollution,high energy consumption and unstability of heating,a automatic control system has been designed based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and frequency control speed modulation technology. In order to overcome the flaw that boiler control action always lags behind the temperature change,the system introduces the simple moving averaging method of extended forecast,which has short-term forecasting capability,to predict the outdoor temperature changing tendency. According to the data gathered during manual control process,the system automaticity modulates the operation of boiler auxiliary machine,analyses system operation features and uses two-dimension fuzzy controller to modulate water temperature. Therefore,the system behaves well especially in robustness and environment protection,by field operation testing under various conditions.
