| 摘 要： | UMPC全称Ultra-Mobile PC，即超便携移动个人电脑，具备一切PC电脑该有的功能。本文论述的基于UMPC的电力智能巡检仪（以下简称UMPC巡检仪）是以供电企业无人值守变电站的大力建设为背景，通过分析当前变电站巡视、检修模式与无人值守变电站管理不相适应的地方，与当前部分变电站使用的PDA巡检系统的综合比较，探讨UMPC巡检仪的扩展功能和对无人值守变电站运行、检修等工作带来的创新，得出在无人值守变电站中推广UMPC巡检仪的必要性、优越性和广阔的应用前景。
