| 摘 要： | 根据钢厂热轧生产线运行特点,设计了监控系统方案,该系统的中位系统由工业控制计算机和组态软件Kingview 6.5组成,负责监控热轧生产线的运行状态实时显示和历史记录,协调多台下位机PLC的控制;重点介绍了组态软件Kingview 6.5监控界面的开发、参数设置、以及PLC之间的通讯,MATLAB控制算法与组态软件数据库共享。

| Abstract: | according to the steel mills assembles operation characteristics,the design scheme of monitoring system that consists of industrial control computer and configuration software,Kingview6.5 assembles the operation status of real-time display and historical records,coordination of all the PLC control platform,this paper introduces the Kingview6.5 monitoring interface,parameters setup,and the communication with PLC,MATLAB control algorithm with configuration software database sharing. |
