全长螺旋锚杆压力注浆装置的研究

针对现有的砂浆锚杆注浆方式普遍存在出浆管出口易堵塞、出浆管安装不稳固、注浆过程中难以排出锚孔内空气、注浆不饱满等问题,研制一种新型全长螺旋锚杆及其压力注浆装置。该装置由全长螺旋锚杆、定位居中环、压力止浆塞、压力注浆器、泄压管和锚头等组成,可方便地进行保压、扩散注浆,注浆质量好,解决了现有注浆方式存在的缺陷。装置中的锚杆可根据施工现场需要进行任意切割、方便安装螺旋配件、提高锚杆结构的牢固性。
