摘    要:分子膜驱油剂是一种新型纳米膜驱油剂,它主要是使岩石表面亲油性转为亲水性,从而剥离油膜,通过自发吸附作用驱替出孔隙内的残余油。试验结果表明,分子膜水溶液的表面张力基本不随溶液浓度而改变,说明分子膜不具有表面活性。柴油和分子膜水溶液间的界面张力基本上也不随溶液浓度而改变。静态脱油和动态驱油试验结果表明,分子膜驱油剂含量为1 000×10-6时,分子膜水溶液的驱油效果最好,可提高采收率16.2%。

Abstract:Molecular deposition film oil - displacing agent was a new type of nanofilm oil - displacing agent. It mainly assisted rock surface changing from lipophilicity to hydrophilicity, debonding oil deposition, driving and replacing residual oil of pores by spontaneous absorption. The experiment result showed that surface tension of molecular deposition film solution remained almost same while the concentration of solution changed. This indicated that the molecular deposition film did not have surface activity. The interfacial tension between diesel and molecular deposition film solution did not change with solution concentration. The experiment result of static deoiling and dynamic oil displacing showed that 1000 ppm molecular deposition film solution had the best deoiling efficiency. The enhanced oil recovery could be up to 16.2% .
