摘    要:采用仿真的方法对汽轮机电液转换器的卡涩故障进行了分析,并且分析了振颤信号在不同幅值与频率下对卡当涩死区的影响。提出了基于振颤信号幅值监测的电液转换器卡涩故障的诊断方法。

Abstract:The jam fault of the electro-hydraulic servovalve is analyzed by means of simulation. The amplitude and frequency of the electro-hydraulic servovalve's vibration has influence on the jam,and which is analyzed in the paper. A method to diagnose the fault is given based on analyzing the vibration amplitude.
